When we moved to our new house a few months, we took over caring for 5 hens and 1 rooster so this first cooking challenge is very apropos. We aren't getting a great many eggs given that it is winter, but one or two a day means we have several waiting to be used! I am thinking some kind of frittata or quiche... but that doesn't seem too exciting, so I'll be searching through my cookbooks looking for something before I embark on this week's CC.
